Clean and comfortable. Recomended.

Hotel was dirty & smelly. A lot of cockroach. This hotel is just suitable for those want to play with prostitute & go back.

They didn't book rooms earlier. We ended up with 2 different rooms. Rooms are very small and there was no heater in shower and no windows in rooms.

Staff not friendly. Have to wait 30 minutes because room are not ready. Hot shower not working and staff said malfunction long-long time ago.

Strategically close to shops and laundry and easy to get to the bus terminal.

The name is friendly villa, but the receptionist is not friendly, the kids are guardians, maybe the kids are at the motel, first take the course before the counter, check in bad receptionist, check out the bad receptionist, better check in at the fyna motel.

Value for money but need to improve of receptionist. Nobody at counter during check in & waiting more than 10 minutes. The boy receptionist also not have good communication skill & no smiling at all.

Facility provided is good but the staff not really nice and aren't entertain customer.. Hopefully the management can improve this problem

it's more like a motel style. no shoes allowed inside the premises. with the rate, its acceptable when there is no basic toiletries. there are tomyam shop and mini groceries behind the hotel. the receptionist are not helpful. their existence is just for check in and check out. nothing more. overall its worth the money you spend.

The place is clean. However, the staff were not friendly. Not every day have housekeeping. The room has no tissue.

Clean, but the location is quite remote. Need to improve on security.

receptionist is less friendly. no soap water. risk of losing shoes (shoes are not allowed to be brought in). no mineral water in the room. remote tv is not working. take a long time to switch remote. the air conditioner is less cool. price is not worth the service. i give 1 star

Clean hotel. Village atmosphere. Front rice field. Close to Anjung Keli restaurant. Highly recommended.

The oldies bed is very sound like krek krek, like broken, mattress pillow is not the best.

There are no tissues, no cups / mugs in the room, aircond no service so hot & find cockroach, the receptionist is his own kid who maybe aged 15 or 16 years old so service like slave boy and directly unfriendly and ethical.

Good for those looking for cheap but yet comfort and clean place to stay.

The staff is not friendly, the water (I'm not sure the pump or anything) is ringing all the time in the bathroom. Because slippers are located on the sidewalk outside the hotel, it is best to provide a neatly designed shoe rack.

with this price...it is a good sleep..would recommend for a next stay..
