General Check-in Instructions
Car park is managed by local council & it is on first-come-first-serve basis. Customer is required to park at their own risk. Customers who check-out later than 12.00 noon will be subject to penalty charge at minimum MYR 10.00 per hour. Amount may be different depending on hotel's occupancy. A tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A security deposit of MYR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Is ok that the room is small but I cannot accept that the room is in bad condition, the room is smelly, bedsheet is dirty, toilet did not wash. will think twice for the next visit of the condition did not improve.

A suitable hotel for those who have a limited budget. The small but comfortable room is complete according to the price. Cleanliness of the rooms is good but a little dirty there are small cockroaches. Overal 6/10 for cleanliness. Good location, lots of houses, eat around near the shopping center. Recommended for a limited budget.

Room is dirty, pillow case is smelly and they never change it. When asking for change, front desk don't even have key to open cabinet to get a new pillow case alrhough housekeeping has off shift. Bad service from this hotel, not worth for money.

I stay 4 nights seriously regret. The hotel's cottage has been stolen, and it's all over here. To those who fear the cockroaches do not try to dream to SN. Do not know the dream of another hotel area is the same as x. But I'm looking at the hotel name of my fobiyah.
