We’ve had the most amazing time at the resort, as soon as we arrived we instantly felt a calm and kindness from the staff. Our room was super nice,the rooms are large and also very big bathrooms and the view was absolutely stunning. Food has been delicious, good wine lists with reasonable prices for being a high end resort in Asia. What really makes this hotel special though is the staff, we haven’t met a single person that doesn’t smile at you and they truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect.

Excellent facilities and staff as you would expect from the brand name, a five star experience. The only issue is the beach which with trash and jellyfish was unusable, nice to look at.

The property is great, the only concern was the waste coming from the sea and polluting part of the beach, covered in some point by garbage and plastic. It was a shame since the rest is truly beautiful and well maintained.

Important Note

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

The pool villa is super, super huge. And we have our own private beach right in front of the villa. Amazing. It's an old property and very well maintained.

such a beautiful resort and the service was exceptional and top notch! the beach is incredibly beautiful and quiet, so much space to roam around in the hotel as well
