The best. Strategic hotel. Adjacent to shopping mall. Easy to find food, walk the streets and so on. The staff is very friendly. Clean hotel. Delicious food. Want to stay again when visiting Kota Kinabalu

Aircond is not cold all the time. From the beginning of check in until the next day when you check out. There is no air conditioning service. At 1pm it's ok, after that it's 4.30pm it's ok. After that until tomorrow it's hot in the room.
