Service and friendliness by the staff was good. They are always there to help us and very attentive. Check-in was fast too. The rooms are comfortable and I like the waterfall shower feature in the toilet. So unique! The only setback was the area the hotel is at can be too quiet and creepy at night.

A good and convenient location. Can find plenty to eat during the day and night. Friendly employees. Pressure good water pressure in the washroom. Overall a good stay. The only disadvantage is car parking; Which has to be done in public car spaces which can be a challenge during days that the hotel is running full with domestic travellers.

There was no electric when we get there, so the staff suggest us to go to Hallmark Regency Hotel instead. Since the location is 10 km away from the Grand Hallmark Regency, it was inconvenient as we have planned our journey. Plus the parking place at Hallmark Regency Hotel is very limited and during peak hour, the place can be very congested. So, even though we didn't stay at Grand Hallmark Regency, I wouldn't suggest to stay at Hallmark Regency Hotel if you are driving your own car.

It's far from Senai Airport. There was aqua left in the refrigerator that had been opened. Ask the receptionist but may not be taken

I liked the breakfast and the restaurant waiter very well, the room was clean only for the noodles in the room and no water in the fridge but they were ready for free bottled water on the table.
