Karyawan gak bisa bahasa Melayu. Hotel ada kecoa, bantal bau, tambah lagi kita kalau mau keluar turun, mau makan kunci kamar gak boleh dibawa. Saran saya jangan tidur di OYO ini. Sangat kecewa saya.
