Staff more than accommodating to halo allow us to enjoy our stay. Some wear and tear in the room and the AC in our room was a touch temperamental. Bed comfy, room large and quiet, reception friendly and helpful. Good central location. Pool was lovely after a days adventuring

The lobby, halls and elevators are badly in need of renovation. One elevator was out of action for our whole stay. It is not a 5 star property and not like any other Hyatt property I have stayed in. We had a decent room with nice views but the overall feeling was very disappointing. Staff were very nice and breakfast was good.
