The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with a minimalist décor that felt modern and welcoming. The fresh scent throughout the lobby created a very pleasant first impression. The room itself was lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped. The coffee maker was definitely a highlight, especially for my husband, who enjoyed it a lot. Another great point is that the hotel is directly attached to a shopping mall, which made it super convenient for us to grab food and do a little window shopping. Even though we arrived late, about an hour before the mall closed, we still managed to have our dinner there without any trouble. Overall, I’d say the stay was truly worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in KL.

I had such a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect with everything I needed close by and the fact that the hotel is attached to a mall made things even more convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I truly felt at home.

Room was good stay during wedding day but no room upgrade 😂. The breakfast can be improved, the taste and variety of food is okay only. Location is great, just beside the mall. The parking needs to turn all the way up to level 7.

Stayed 6 nights. Pro: - Bed was comfortable. Clean when first arrived. - 2 complementary water bottles each day. - Check in was easy. - Next to a shopping centre so easy for me to find dinner. - Near Taman Mutiara MRT Con: - Shower is a bad design. Everytime I took a shower, the water would come out of the shower door and made the floor and bath mat wet. I was worried I would slip in the middle of the night to go toilet. - Housekeeping is not very attentive. Sometimes they didn’t wash my cup. They didn’t take the soaking wet bath mat and towel on the floor. On my last day, they didn’t even get me new towels. - Breakfast was okay. Different menu each day. It has the same issue like the housekeeping, they are not very attentive. Some of food can be left empty for quite sometimes. Not just 1 day but it was the entire 6 days I was there! Staff could have walk around every 5 minutes to see rather than just busy on the phone behind the bar or talking to each other. It wasn’t even that many people. Even when there was a “supervisor” on site it’s still happening. I guess they have been instructed like that from the above. - No Gluten Free items on the menu. So if you’re celiac, opted out booking with breakfast. - My last night was ruined by next door new guest with their loud music and was smoking in the corridor. Reported this to the receptionist but no follow up. I expected more from a 4 stars hotel. I stayed at 3 stars hotel before and their hospitality was better.

Overall room was good. The toilet however was another story. The bidet was leaking & had to remove the top to be able to use it properly. The shower area the gap between allows for the water to be flowed into the outer area thus the whole outer area will be wet & the floor towel has to be placed between the gap of outer door so that water doesn't flow into the room. i believe this should be looked into by the hotel maintenance with upmost urgency. There should also be a shelf provided to place guest own toiletries. Apart from that, it was a pleasant short stay.

Staff was courteous and friendly. We were happy with the free soft drinks besides bottled water. TV has sharp and clear images. The best so far compared with other hotels globally. Great job 👍.

We arrived late at night, so tired and our card didn't work. So we had to go down to fix it. Then, next morning, requested for an iron but they took so long to deliver it, so we had to call again to remind (total time ~ 25mins). Breakfast was so-so, I'd rather get outside food. Also, the staff needs to improve their communication skill. I requested for late check out (1pm) and was given green light. At 12.30pm, staff called and asked if we are checking out at 1pm because they have customer to check in. The way he said it-as if we were wrong? He could have said it in nicer way and not offending way. Like “Sorry to have interrupt. Just to remind you that to prepare to check out at 1pm because we have other customer. Thank you”. I don't think we would come back.

Nice hotel… We checked in so late, it was midnight, and the girl at the receptionist allowed us to check out late before 2 p.m. She really helps and is understanding, because I was traveling with a kid… Also easy to find food since the hotel is next to the Cheras Mall…!
