At that time I was arguing during check-out, because I was not given a receipt so I wanted to take the security deposit, it took time. But the room is okay, but the TV can't be changed, that's possible.

I love BTS to be honest. they have great accommodation and very strategic. The thing they asked me for a deposit but didn't mention it on their policy in traveloka is something I don't like. I don't mind at all putting deposit but they should write in their policy. What if the person is first time traveler who have no idea about this thing and don't prepare cash while they don't have debit machine in their office. They didn't even say sorry to me is something I hate about my stay. I don't get it why can't they have real hospitality on this kind of hospitality industry.

Enjoy your stay here. Want to go very close especially from the lobby can go directly to the mall. Then the management also wants to be bothered especially when we request checkout at 6am! Everything is good and thank God I got the coolest view from the room window. Really recommended !!!!

The owner is good, communicative. Helpful. How come before the agreement just wants to check in at brp.spy standby. The block is in the mall, the exit, exit lgs meet the counter hush puppies. Find food easily in the mall there is a food court. The rooms are spacious. the shower was also wide, but the floor was slippery without getting water. every day the room was cleaned even though I didn't ask. swimming pool is spacious, there is a playground too.wifi tight. forget to make a deposit of rm200 and tax per mlm rm10.

This apartment actually has a very good location, blends with the victorious mall area, close to the monorail imbi station. in addition it is also not far from the Bukit Bintang shopping area and Alcor street. besides that management services are quite helpful and adequate. But this apartment is an old apartment and all the furniture and furniture are also old. Old sofa, old carpet, slightly dirty air conditioner, television tube, hollow wall tub, which reduces comfort while staying. like apartments in general, we must contact the contact number given when checking in because there is no check in counter in the lobby. Please use the number printed on your order, because there are many individual management who manage the rooms in this apartment. manager service is quite good and fast, thanks for mr. babul. Don't forget there is a deposit between 100-200 MYR that must be paid when going to stay, as stated in the statement.

I stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. The services are bad. Me and my family had to wait for so long to check in. I got no free wifi in my room. Toilet light is broken, they said they will fix it but they didn't fix it at all. Cleanliness is poor.
