As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. General Check-in Instructions
A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Upon check-in, hotel Front Desk will collect from guests MYR 2.00 Local Government Fee per room per night (imposed by Penang Government starting from 1st June 2014). This fee is not included in room rates. Hotel converted into Smoke-Free premise from April 2017. Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel premises (room, lobby, cafe, function room, etc). Alternatively, a designated smoking area will be provided in front of the hotel for smoking guests. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card/cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special requests such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room, etc., are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guaranteed. You are encouraged to contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you an additional fee of MYR 100.00nett for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Extra Bed it's available with charges. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

The bathroom is clean, the room is clean and spacious, the AC is cold, the service is good, the room is cleaned every day, it's close to everywhere, only breakfast every day is the same menu, maybe it can be replaced with more variety.

Kamarnya besar. Bersih. Harga pada umumnya. Breakfast ala carte. Rasa enak. Letak hotel di seberang Loh Guan lye Hospital. wifi kencang. Di sebelah lobby ada 7 Eleven. Ada Wellings Pharmacy. Sebelah kanan ada Sin Nam Huat. Ada juga Joon Pharmacy. Cocok kalau buat tinggal di Penang buat berobat. Kemana mana juga bisa naik grab.

Very satisfied staying here. Spacious room. Close to culinary. There are 7eleven below & a pharmacy. Very strategic for everywhere. Will stay here again when going to penang.

I love this hotel so much, the staff and receptionist was very helpful, hotel room was big and spacious, bathroom very nice, love this so much, I will recommend this to my families and friends, really falling in love with this hotel, I was very pleased when stay at this hotel, very comfortable.

The Room was very clean, location is just opposite to Loh Guan Lye Hospital and nearby to the George Town so easy for food hunting and grab a food. Love this hotel especially if you are looking for medical check up in LohGuanLye Hospital.

Plus:- Large room.- Clean.- Comfort bed.- Good amenities.- Good staff.- Good locations.- 7 Eleven 24 hours & Wellings besides hotel. Recommend for everyone. Especially if you want to do a medical check up in Loh Guan Lye Hospital (1 mins walking distance).

Good stay, just cross the street to go to Loh guan lye hospital, right beside sin nam huat chicken and duck rice, wellings (pharmacy) and 7-eleven. Very convinient place to stay at, room is also clean and staff is good.
