dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms. Sheets, pillow covers are all dirty .. Time we want to check in (3.30 pm) just to clean & spray deodorizer in the room. If you can not stand it, we check it out for 2 hours in the room. Sorry I did not recommend to sape-sape. I did not have to spend time with friends

The receptionist was very rude. We asked to change a room due to the water flow so little and hardly to take shower and he refused to give us a new room. When we decided to leave the hotel, the staff bring hockey stick to fight with us. Is that how they treat their customer? Memalukan melayu betul
