Absolutely terrible customer service.
I got locked out of my room on the first night, no phone, no shoes, nothing. There was no emergency contact number that worked. I tried all three numbers listed at the counter and on the hotel card, none of them worked. I even used their office phone and knocked on another guest’s room for help, but still nothing. In the end, I had to sleep in the cafeteria until the staff showed up at 8:00 AM. That’s seven hours locked out!
When I told the staff the next day, one of them rudely smacked the counter, I don’t know if it was on purpose or not, but it felt really disrespectful. I then contacted their “ladyboss” hoping for a refund or proper solution, but instead, she screamed at me, blaming me for leaving the card. Seriously? This kind of mistake happens all the time at hotels, and most hotels are prepared for it. Even budget hotels usually have someone at reception.
After arguing, she agreed to refund me, but never did. Only on check-out day did the staff offer me a free night stay, I said I just want money back, their staff try to contact this "ladyboss" but she ignored all follow-up calls. I end up agreeing with what the staff offer me because I don't want anymore drama.
Giving 1 star only because they attempted to compensate me, but I’d never recommend this place. The hotel isn’t even as nice as the trending videos say, it’s moldy and poorly maintained. The blanket might see clean but once you flip it over, it was moldy! But yeah as the ladyboss told me, "what do you expect from 2 stars hotel" funny... This 2 stars hotel don't even have a phone number that could be used in emergency situations... not even 2 stars, feels like they don't even deserve the stars lmao...
Avoid this hotel at all costs.
