I had an amazing 5-night stay at the hotel. I just wanted to highlight one thing that stood out to me the most. There is this young lady that works at the 22nd-floor restaurant. I think I noticed the name tag says Michelle. She helped me a lot, giving me ideas where to go and what to see, as this was my first time in Kuching. On top of that, she was very friendly and spent time having a short conversation with me every time I had my daily afternoon tea break. Big kudos to Michelle (I hope I get the name right) and the entire Pullman Kuching crew. I know I'm gonna be back to Kuching sometime next year as there are so many things I haven't explored and will definitely stay in Pullman again.

This hotel has a lot of potential but you should know that it’s being renovated right now until January 2025. So no access to the pool. Although they have an arrangement to access the pool of another hotel, it’s a bit far and the pool is kind of indoor. The food and beverage are very expansive for Malaysia. The breakfast especially and it’s not worth the price. The rooms also need to be refreshed. Location is ok but up a little hill from the main area near the river.
