The view is the best and the facilities are okay

The room is clean, the only thing that is not the best is the pillow is too thin and only one pillow for one bed. If you want extra, you have to pay RM 20 per piece. Now there is still construction in front of the hotel, so a bit noisy, but overall ok, fresh air.

The room got many small ants, the chair is broken and dangerous to sit, the shower got another head no install. The breakfast not much choices, the staff collect breakfast voucher not friendly, I greet morning to her, then only she greet back.

Nothing here. Just roxy and the beach. Buildings start worn out and no maintenance. Vy soon will be in bad condition I guess.

A nice place for a peace and calming yourself after a busy day

The town house got upper and lower floor separately. The hotel did not provide WiFi for the room at town house area, but only at lobby or rooms above the lobby.

Service is bad, please provide foot wipes instead of carpets .. Very bad. Why can my black out time stay the 2nd night from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm .. I have already paid, can't I sit in the heat? Please improve the service very badly ..

To be honest, the apartment was huge & clean. Please don't hesitate to book this apartment with your family. You will not regret. Don't trust bad review in Facebook.

Booked for tentainer but was upgraded to townhouse for free since there was some problem with the water pressure and heater. The food (packed breakfast food) wasn't great but overall the stay was pleasant👍

The room is small. the bedsheet with sand. the floor is dusty. My body is itchy. However, the breakfast is good.

Worse stay ever. Was staying a night in the Roxy Sematan Canopi No 1 from 13-14 August to celebrate my friend’s birthday and I regret it so much. Paid RM400 and it’s not worth the money. The bed we slept was damn hard and low quality which cause me to have a painful back the next day. As stated, canopi is a room for 4 guests but the hotel only provide 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 pillows, 2 towels and 2 lousy plastic hangers. Also, there’s 3 standing floor lamp and one of the lamp doesn’t even have bulb and another one is not working after awhile. Next, the canopi’s main door was faulty. We have hard time opening the door which frustrates us. One of the thing we hate the most in the canopi is the toilet. We were to afraid to take a bath as the people that stayed at Tentainer can see us from top. That was definitely an awful stay and would not recommend to people that wishes to go.

Toilet blocked, need to wait till tomorrow. The staff advise us to use inconvenient public toilet. But they allow us to change to another canopi upon request. However, astro, lamp not working, no hair dryer and found cockroach/bugs in new room. staff were friendly.

It was fun! The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast 👍🏻 Bbq 👍🏻 Sea 👍🏻 Bike 👍🏻 Would love to revisit next time!
