General Check-in Instructions

All guests are obliged to below house rules once your booking is confirmed. i. This property is a privately owned unit and does not have reception counter. You are required to contact owner at least 48 hours before arrival date. Owner will be more than delighted to meet you and pass you the house/room key. ii. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with credit card / cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. iii. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability. You are advised to liaise with owner directly at least 24 hours before arrival for special arrangement. iv. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability. vi. Loud noise, party, illegal activities (gambling, drug abuse) are strictly prohibited in this unit. Owner & building management will not take any responsibility for the action taken by authorities. vii. Owner will collect MYR200 (per booking) as security deposit upon check-in (cash only). This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay.

Thank you for the hospitality and kindness of the owner of the house, when there was a lag behind the owner was waiting for me to return. The distance from the house to genesis is only walking and feels like home.

Location is strategic to shopping mall and near Gurney Drive. House has a lot of space. Host is nice and gentlemen..smooth check in and check out. only areas need improvement is the cleanliness of the toilet and kitchen..other then that, everything is good

Not bad, can cook can be vegetable manasin in the microwave, can wash the machine. Like at home. It's just 1 room twins bed is not child. Too per to curve. Overall okay.

I was the only guest so this meant I had the house to myself! Everything was easy except getting the aid con to work. Once sorted, it was fine. Good looking cation tho took getting lost once to find how to get to Jl Burma. More contact with the owner would have been helpful.
