Spacious family room at an affordable price. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, not too far away from Alor St, Bukit Bintang, MRT and Berjaya Times Square Mall and bus stop. Many restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Very recommended for families that need a hotel with more space but still within a reasonable price!

The location is very strategic, close to the LRT/MRT/KL Sentral station, so it's easy to go anywhere if you want to use public transportation in KL, the surrounding area has lots of halal food/culinary and right next to it there is a self-service laundry with a low fee, you can leave your suitcase too

Stayed 5 nights here. Check in and check out process was smooth, staff were friendly and they even upgraded my triple room to a family room! Such a nice gesture :) Hotel area is really strategic, close to Bukit Bintang, Alor Street, literally center of KL tourist area! Also got several convenience stores, close to several malls etc.. couldn't complain. For improvement the Wi-Fi is really bad in my room maybe it's because my room is placed at the end of the corridor but other than that such a nice and worth to try hotel in Pudu area.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed for three nights, so I requested a room cleaning every morning, and by noon, it was already clean and the amenities were refilled. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, even though it's located on a main road. The hotel's location is close to the IMBI Monorail, making it easy to access for travelers, and it's close to BTSH, Alor, Pavilion, and the Bukit Bintang area.

Nightmare hotel ! I stayed 2 horrible nights dirty noisy and all the nights time there was rats running over room ceiling can’t sleep , I think it’s was rat’s hotel not for humans. I don’t know why there’s no control over that kind of hotels.

I checked in late on my arrival on the evening of December 30, 2025, and was greeted by the super-friendly hotel staff. Check-in was quick. The LRT is also close, with Hang Tuah Station just a short walk away. There are plenty of 24-hour shops around the hotel, and delicious Chinese food is available.

I booked a Queen room, but when I arrived at the hotel, they gave me a tiny room about 4m², wit 1mx2m bett basically the size of a driver’s room. I was really annoyed and frustrated, but there was nothing I could do. The money I paid just doesn’t match the quality at all — I feel so bad

strategic location, clean, cold AC, soundproof, and get the best service by Zubair staff in the check-in process and needs during the stay, the staff are very all the best, fast response if there are problems during the stay, easy to find places to eat, close to lalapot and times square, 5 minutes to mrt hangtuah, easy to order grab, next to the hotel there is a laundry the price is also cheap, want to buy souvenirs oriental coffee is very cheap there in the hotel market area. close to bukit bintang about 8 minutes. basically highly recommended to stay at this hotel for backpackers or with family.

Strategic location, easy to find Grab, lots of food stalls around the hotel, clean rooms, large family rooms, and an elevator. Suitable for bringing family, strategic location. 8 minutes to Pavilion.
