Staffs very helpful , eg helping to get rid of flying insects in my room and also replaced towels and pillow case when requested. Security is good due to heaps of CCTV surveillance systems as well as card activated entry for residents only. Location is EXCELLENT and stroll to popular Alor Food Street and Bukit Bintang shopping paradise.

Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks

The room is a bit small, but the location is excellent. In the single room, some of the fixtures, like the light switches and key switches, are no longer sturdy.

Very strategic location, with very affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to Roti Mon Chinese across Sevel. It's also close to Alor Street and Pavilion.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is very strategic. I was hesitant to book a room for 2 people because I was afraid there would be no en-suite bathroom because it looked cramped, but it turns out there is an en-suite bathroom and overall the bathroom is very clean, which is considered a budget hotel. The location is really strategic and clean. The downside is that it is cramped and my room choice has no window. This hotel provides unlimited water refills plus free bread for breakfast. The right choice for a budget hotel in Kuala Lumpur!! The best And at that time I forgot my adapter and had checked out, when I came back the staff was still friendly and looked for my item that was left in the room and found it 🥰 the best service

Strategically located everywhere, Berjaya is just a straight line, with viral food on both sides, and delicious pulled noodles underneath. Panda Eyes is also in front. Alor is a short walk away.
