Great and convenient place to stay. All was great. Tip: Have Whatsapp ready as details and photos for using the aprtment were sent through Whatsapp. Also 200MYR room deposit cash was the easiest for International travellers like us. It was returned on checkout.

The location is good. The suite smell musty. We had to get the staff to spray the room out, open the windows and get the air conditioning running. The shower head has mold and needs a good cleaning. Kitchen needs a good clean up too. There’s no cable or satellite tv, you have to use utube and the content is not current. No phone, you have to use WhatsApp to contact the staff for help with your issue and needs. I understand we’re in a changing world but hotel services should have human interaction by phone either for emergency or basic services and oh my goodness a tv you can just turn on and watch something. Not good!

Amazing apartment with all modern amenities - a full kitchen, large fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was vast and incredibly comfortable. The apartment was pristinely clean and quiet. I asked for a room with a view of the Petronas Towers and was given room 50-11 which had a fantastic view. There are 2 pools (one on the rooftop & a large one on the 6th floor). Both were really clean and well maintained. The foyer was quite busy at times but the staff were very efficient and the checking in & out process was easy. It is a very modern part of town with lots of high-rise buildings and not much local culture, but other than that, I would stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Our room on the 29th floor had a view of the Petronas towers. The room was clean and we had two bedrooms. However, the bed in the second room was like a wheel in bed. Everytime I moved, it made a noise. I did not sleep well at all that night. Facilities are clean. Be mindful that you are in Malaysia and they like to use their bidets with extra splash so most public toilets are wet, even within the facility. Location to Petronas towers was good an easy 10 minute walk. We ate at the restaraunt onsite twice. The second time was not so good. Do not order their club sandwich. It was soggy, not toasted and had anything bareley on it. We also had a hamburger which was ok, order it medium at least. We had medium rare and it was virtually raw. Pools were nice, expecially on the top level, very pretty view from there. Price was good for 4 people, although I think I would upgrade to a nicer hotel if I ever did it again.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms were huge. To be picky: it will be nice to have some hand soap by the bathroom sink, a telephone in the room to figure out what the Wi-Fi password was (something I never did discover) and a do not disturb sign that did not fall off the door handle 100% of the time the door was opened closed.

Amazing views of the Twin Towers from both the apartment and the swimming pool. The location is excellent, just a 6-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. The only downside was the second bedroom, which didn’t feel like a proper bedroom. It was very small, with the bed taking up almost all the space and partially blocking the window. Unfortunately, this part was disappointing.

Very spacious and centrally-located unit with a peak of the Petronas Towers from the bedroom. It is very clean. It has a bedroom, separate living area, a kitchen and washer/dryer combo. The kitchen didn't have a microwave though. Also, the bathroom didn’t have hand soap. Check-in was a breeze. Make sure to have 200RM for the deposit payable only in cash. Access the roofdeck or the pool at night for a picturesque view of Petronas Towers.

Great hotel with good location and very reasonable. Points to note: breakfast choices limited to about 5 different choices, no variation (One was chicken club sandwich and chips!). Room service sporadic - we only had two days out of 5 when they came in. Room towels are also used to take to pool, you only get one large one per person (and this has to be for your shower after too). Could do with more loungers round the big (67m!) pool.
