Cons of this hotel: - Not cleaned daily even though I stayed for 3 days. - Seems to be understaffed. - The hotel lobby is on a different floor from the hotel, so you have to go back and forth to check in and check out. - Parking is far away, so you have to go to the front to get your parking pass.

- the room card was not working, I had to return to the receptionist desk and get another one. the second time around, its still not working, so I had to go back for the 3rd time, the receptionist doesn't want to go with me to my room to make sure everythings working. - my room had a balcony, it has 3 other AC condenser for adjacent rooms, the noise when all of those condenser are on is very very loud, they shouldn't have put 3 other condensers on a rooms balcony. - worst of all, I had rescheduled/amended the booking orde from 2 nights to 3 nights, they somehow got this wrong and was arguing with me that I might have to leave early. They eventually admitted that there was human error from their part and we stayed for another night as per our booking schedule. No apologies, no compensation - the wifi was not working, we had to call the maintenance 2 times for wifi alone. dont come here

It's not bad, the view isn't that great. I wanted to order a room with a view that was in front of the cat statue. The room should be above the 10th floor to be able to see it, but I'm on the 7th floor so I can't see the beautiful view.

If the room faces the waterfront, it's okay, I like the view. I've only stayed here so many times and only got a room facing the front once. I don't know which one to choose when booking, it feels the same. Other than that, it's okay.

The hotel/apartment is nice and comfortable, the room is spacious, the bed is soft, and the view from the window is also amazing. The cleanliness is maintained. It's just that the check-in process is a bit confusing. The reception is on the 6th floor, then if you want to go up you have to go down to the 4th floor and change elevators. It's quite confusing, especially when you're carrying a large suitcase. In addition, the location is strategic, close to shopping centers, stations, and important places in the city. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable place, but prepare more energy when looking for the receptionist and changing elevators! The service is also fast, the receptionist is alert and friendly when serving, so the check-in/out process runs more smoothly. If I go to Kucing again, I will definitely stay here again!

I really like staying here because the location is close to everywhere, especially the cat statue, and this is my 3rd time staying here. The room is quite spacious, the twin bed can also be shared so it can be crowded plus there is still room to add an extra bed, as I like it, I recommend travelers to stay here 👍🤗

a bit confusing when checking in because I had to move floors. for parking it was not explained that parking in front must have a parking coupon so I was fined. the room carpet was very dirty as if it had never been vacuumed. in the morning at 8 I asked for a make up room but I returned to the hotel at 11.30 it had not been cleaned, but it was cleaned at 1 after I reminded them again. but the floor was still dirty and not vacuumed, the next day I asked to clean the room a little later around 11 but the receptionist scolded me why did I just say so, even though she said it would be cleaned later. but when I came home that night it turned out it had not been cleaned. after that I was too lazy to ask for the room to be cleaned. strategic location, suitable for backpackers but not for families

Check in and check up is very easy in this hotel, but when we want to check in we have to go to the 6th floor and our accommodation has to go through the 4th floor and regarding cleanliness and everything, we still have to inform and remind because every day there are definitely less items, sometimes tissues, sometimes towels and everything is better than the first time I came, thank you, hopefully when I come again everything will be even better
