I recently stayed at Swing & Pillows @ Bukit Bintang City Centre, and while the location was very convenient and the room was generally comfortable, the overall experience had some drawbacks. During my 3-night stay, housekeeping only performed make-up room service once, which was a little bit make us disappointed. Additionally, the hot shower wasn’t hot enough and the water pressure was quite weak in one of the room we booked, making it less enjoyable to use. Despite these issues, the stay was still manageable, but there is definitely room for improvement in both maintenance and service consistency.

The room is comfortable, the location is close to the monorail, just walking distance to the Bukit Bintang / Alor area, also close to the mall, the receptionist is also very friendly, the only downside is that there are not many plugs, there are only 2 and they are rare with the bed being far away,

The hotel's location is strategic, in the very busy Bukit Bintang area. We got a clean room on the second floor. Like many budget hotels in the Bukit Bintang area, the room wasn't cleaned daily. The receptionist, Mr. Rubel, was very friendly and helpful.
