Very clean and cozy place. Provide parking place. Closed to changkat and Jalan Alor . The only cons is I met renovation upper level during my stay where make me up early morning. Overall is highly recommended for it .

Stay for swimming pool,but closed due to covid-19. Dissapointed. Have 1 room bathroom leaking but they manage to call service management to repair,on the spot repair. Overall ok. House big and spacious suitable for family.

The apartment was clean and comfortable but the managers only cared about money.
I arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long flight from Melbourne; contacted the property to ask for early checkin, even with extra pay for that but they didn’t bother to respond . I stayed at the lobby for more than 9 hours until they delivered the key at 3pm . Less than an hour after I got into the room, I was in the shower when they came knocking the door, to collect money for the deposit. See how they love money but don’t bother to respond to the guest’s request!!

I booked the room two months in advance but at the last minuet, a day before my travel i received a message from the property that they have transferred me to another place (The Robertson residence) First of all it was not fair and i should have informed earlier. Secondly the room in Robertson was much smaller, I was travelling with 3 kids and not enough beds, even sofa bed was very discomfortable couldn't sleep properly and also the cooking stove was not working so it was very inconvenient for us to cook our breakfast so we had to go out most of the days for breakfast. Overall very disappointed with the service as I paid much more than where I stayed in. Total rip off.

Disastrous. First, this is NOT one of the suites managed by Swiss Garden. It's run by an individual who, after booking, moved us to a nearby building. That apartment's furniture was badly stained, there was mould and a stink in the bathroom, and the TV worked but the cable system did not. Worse, the admin was ultra-haphazard: we didn't have details until late on the day of arrival. Although nearby, the new location was inconvenient. With no confirmation, or access information, we tried to cancel but failed. A dining chair had been moved to the laundry area because it was broken.

It's amazing but had difficulties in finding the apartment as it was indicated as N-24-07 but in fact it is N-23A-07 and car park car access card was not included upon checked in till I make a call to clarify! Due to this I had to pay for $3.50!! Very unfair

Great Hotel to stay.
All units are independent with full privacy. Highly recommended for families. The location is very good and walkable to Bukit Bintang.
Amenities are wonderful and all gadgets in the unit are functional.

This was by far the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. There was no communication from the hotel. If you want to reach them, for get it. It’s impossible. They don’t have a contact number. The room had a very strong cigarette smell. The bed sheets were very dirty. The neighborhood was secluded and it is about 40min walk from KL centre. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. Best thing about this was the pool.

Was surprised how nice it was a full blown appartment with a kitchen and washing machine, tv with netflix swimming pool and a gym. Room was really cheap too, would recommend although the area wasnt the best (is there even a good area in KL???)

The location and facilities were great. It was a large apartment, great view, and good value.
The downsides were that there is no front desk (contact the owner on whatsapp), wifi not functioning, and room smelt heavily of smoke, despite being a non-smoking room, and there were stains on the sofa/couch.
The cleaner explained that a long-term resident had moved out and left the apartment in a bad state. After contacting hotels.com to see options for addressing the smoke smell, the host arrived at the apartment quite angry that we had 'complained', and said if we didn't like it we could leave. To his credit, he replaced the sofa the next day.
I hope this was just a one-off experience since the apartment is really nice. Would I stay again? At the same apartment block, yes; with the same host, probably not.
