Our 5-night stay in a two-bedroom unit was pleasant. The breakfast menu was great, the room was neat and clean, and the location in the city center made it easy to access everywhere. The infinity pool and its view from the skydeck were awesome. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Rooms are spacious and equipped with a washing machine, a full set of dining equipment, an electrical stove, and a refrigerator. It's really recommended if you plan a trip to KL with your family. Location itself is close to the KLCC area, and accessibility from and to the hotel is very easy with a lot of transportation mode options. Of course, I'll make a reservation again in this hotel if I have a trip to KL.

Dan ada satu hal lagi yang berkesan, untuk staff mekaniknya (saya lupa perhatikan namanya, but you know who you are) yang sangat helpful walau tengah malam saya kesulitan perihal laundry mesin, dia sigap datang untuk membantu kendala saat penggunaan laundry mesin. No wonder tamunya yang datang ramai, karena all services are worth it the price 👍.

Comfort and cleanliness is good. However… 1. The need to request for toilet paper and mineral water 2. Bad experience at the restaurant! (I) The restaurant staff was not aware of there was 20% off for guest who wants patronise the restaurant for breakfast! (II) We went at a later timing, however, we have a 45 mins to consume our food that was the reason we proceeded. (III)The person on duty at the steaming food area was on the handphone, we had to alert his colleague to let him know there were customers! (IV) The food steaming basket was empty , the person on duty just answered ‘no more’ (V) we had paid RM200 to get the kind of answer? Is this a ‘5 stars’ hotel way of taking care of her guests? Compliment to: 1. The responsiveness of the back reservation staff 2. The front desk for smooth checki in and check out. Hope that FACE Hotel look into what we have just feedback!

I had an incredible experience at The Face Suites! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and professional. The suite itself was spacious, modern, and equipped with everything I needed — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. But the real highlight? The sky deck infinity pool. It offers one of the most breathtaking views in all of Kuala Lumpur — swimming with the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower in full view was surreal, especially at sunset when the city lights begin to sparkle. It’s truly a must-see spot that lives up to the hype on social media.

Very disappointed by the condition of this property. Will stay at one of the hotels next time - much better value for the price point. Location was nice but there was very visible wear in the room which were also not well cleaned. Also expect to wait an average of 10 mins for the elevator. Pictures are misleading as you do not get a full view of the patronas towers from rooftop pool. I lost one of the keys and was charged at checkout which is quite ridiculous for a “luxury” property. Absolutely would not stay here again in KL

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. There were several things that have brought down the experience from what it was in the past. The pool area is very nice, It still has a great view of the city at night. They do not serve any food or drinks in the pool area. There is no support staff by the pool. Only a security guard. There were many people and not enough pool area furniture available The ability to have room service is limited to after 5pm. The main restaurant (Deep Blue) on the top floor is still very beautiful and the food is good. The restaurant staff were amazing and made you feel welcomed. The lobby furniture is a little run down and needs to be replaced. It made the place not look as amazing as it once had. At times during the day it is very difficult to get an elevator because there are too few available, that cover too many floors, with a lot foot traffic needing to go up and down. Wait time is a little excessive. The location of the hotel is great and you have several connections available to public transportation
