It was excellent, the horizon pool is great and staff will serve snack food n drink to you free of charge . Saturday with live music playing while you enjoy dinner or swimming in horizon. My wife and I stayed at Ritz Carlton Langkawi for 3 nights and would rate it one of the best luxury hotels we had stayed so far. Room was very spacious, with unique design, located in rainforest terrain and I really enjoyed perfect view of the blue-green sea from our room balcony. As the rooms, villas and various facilities are scattered across the rainforest, we moved around by hotel buggy and the atmosphere and experience was truly holiday-like. Hotel staff are amazing. They are very polite, greet you everywhere and always offering helps. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here very much

From the moment we arrived and warmly welcomed it was clear to us that this was more than just a hotel, it was a luxury experience. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff utterly amazing and the service impeccable. I have stayed in many resorts and hotels, often on the higher end of the scale, but nothing has come close to this. Simply put, it is the best hotel I have every stayed in, period. A huge personal thank you goes out to Torun, Zia and Prakash from Housekeeping, Suhayl and the Horizon Pool and Bar Team, and last but certainly not least, the entire staff at the Langkawi Kitchen. Staying here was the absolute standout highlight of a beautiful 2 week vacation in Malaysia, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. A beautiful experience that we both will remember for a very long time.
