Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, Passport. Please bring the required documents in hard copy.

(a) Our team warmly anticipates your welcome on the day of your arrival and our team can also be reached at +603 2143 2300 via call or WhatsApp or just ‘Ring’ the doorbell upon arrival and our team will welcome you. (b) Check-In & Deposit: We request that you present a valid identification card or document as well as the same credit card used to guarantee your booking. A refundable deposit of RM1,000 per room per night will be verified upon check-in, and the remaining amount that’s unutilised will be returned upon check-out. Deposits can be paid by cash or any major credit card. Debit cards and traveller's cheques are unfortunately not accepted. (c No-Smoking Policy: Due to the danger and risk of fire, smoking of any kind is not permitted on balconies or terraces of rooms located on the first or second floors. Guests are only allowed to smoke on the front porch and outside deck of the ground floor only. A cleaning fee, equivalent to one night's room charge at the prevailing rate will be charged should a guest be found smoking within the room. (d) Complimentary Parking: We are pleased to offer complimentary off-residence parking bays close to the property, on a first-come, first-served basis.
