The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere is relaxing — perfect for a good rest. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The taste was quite average and the variety was limited compared to what I expected from a hotel of this level. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!

Overall the room is good, spacious, there is a washing machine, strategic location. There is only 1 thing that bothers me, so that I can't sleep, the glass panel above the TV. I don't know if it's just my feeling or it's true. The glass is like a 2-way police glass, you can't see through the glass what's inside. So, I feel like there is a camera or CCTV hidden inside which happens to be facing the bed. If my guess is wrong, it would be better if the glass panel above the TV was removed.

Good service, nice view because there is a balcony separated from the main room. The only downside is that cleaning, replacement of drinking water, towels, and room toothbrushes must be requested at the reception.

Cleaning staff a. Ke. A cleaning services when cleaning the living room and bedroom did not give maximum results. The floor was mopped, instead of getting cleaner, it smelled of feet 🤦‍♀️. When making the bed, it was not neat. It was very obvious that they were just cleaning it up.

The hotel is very close and walkable to Pavilion, Fahrenheit88, and TRX mall. Also walkable to Alor area. It's easy to get food because there are a lot of food places around~ It's also easy to get e-hailing because the drop-off places for cars are spacious~

The staff were very friendly, especially the staff in the breakfast area. I have a baby and toddler, they really help a lot, and they have a baby plate too. The game room was so comfy, my kids spent a lot of time in there, and the billiard room was so comfy. The rooftop area is the best of all, the view was so amazing. I spent 3 nights and that was amazing. Ohh, by the way, this hotel cannot do early check-in. Like very early is 2:30 PM, so if you have a very morning flight, please consider some place to have a rest before check-in.
