Clean and quite place, but the thing is no phone to call to reception and if you in needs of any service you have to go down to the lobby to ask for it kind of troublesome.

Everything went smoothly, the staff were helpful and nice, easy check in and out, but only one disappointment. The hotel curtain in my room at level 5 is very dirty 😢 I love staying at tune hotel even before this pandemic as this is my Favourite hotel at johor, and all was okay before. I don't know why this time their cleanliness especially the curtains did not meet my expectation. I hope they notice this review and do their best so that I can comeback to the hotel without any disappoinment.

The towel & bed sheet got old blood stains. Practically every floor should have water purifier, not just the ground floor.

The water dispenser should be place at every floor at the corridor. It will make convenient to the elderly people who stay at the hotel when in needs of hot water.

The staff actually were friendly and helpful but I have accident can't open my phone for looking booking number cause I'm booking online he said just use booking number only can't use name for search but the counter beside booking online same me they just ask name only and then can check in. I don't like. Why not the same policy?

The service is very disappointing (they are ignorance especially the trainee female staff, she just go home & not follow up my complain about why my room not get mineral bottle but the others get it, we automatically get it grom every hotel right?), even the hotel was not full. This hotel is not like other 3 star hotel (and the worse is no hook in the toilet, zero! Even the melati hotel (hotels without stars) provide that! (ignore about amenitis-no body wash and the not cleanliness of the towel which is very stingy) I didn't photo it, too tired for that. Theres no additional tax. Thank you, we will definetily not come back.

The staff service is very satisfying, all friendly.. The place is also strategically close to the mall and various things.. Beautiful views, very cheap prices, have repeated twice... Very recommended.

This hotel is cheap and clean, the air conditioner is new and really cold, the room design is very modern, comfortable to live in, the tools in the room are complete, the water dispenser is modern, clean, and most importantly the receptionist, the guy with glasses, is very polite and helped me solve my booking problem wrong check-in date. He called the app and tried to help me check in last night. Very grateful to you.
