The location is very good near everywhere, good security security is quite friendly unlike other reviews, but here washing is broken and not informed beforehand, TV is not functioning optimally even though the only entertainment in the apartment is TV, swimming pool can only be used from until stgh6 pm so it's very limited, the sofa chair feels a little sick. But overall ok because it can cook and full kitchen equipment, spacious cold air conditioner. thank you

The door could not be locked especially the front door of the apartment room which was not functioning so we had trouble getting out and leaving the apartment with safe stuff, there was a leak to be reminded of the owner but still and asking for a change anyway, the AC in one of the rooms was not cold and the water leaked near dangerous electricity from the beginning of the arrival there was already a bucket holding the leaked water, besides that we once used a button to lock the room but instead locked and had to be asked to pay extra personal to open the door by a 90 Ringgit technician because Victoria Vida did not have the appropriate key and could not spare appropriate key

When the check-in process is long because the owner is not professional. If you want to stay in a spacious apartment but the bathroom water is not alive when bathing (bathroom water, sink water, water in closey) and cannot flush when you defecate, the room smells like stale garlic, try staying in victoria home vida 9th floor room no. 3 .. The owner was contacted directly but the response was slow and the problem persisted. Staying there again? Better not.

Good location quite strategic. Rooms are okay. The service is very strict. But okay in my opinion, guaranteed safe.

Pros: The rooms are in accordance with the description and the facilities are quite complete. Security is quite strict from the beginning of the stay and during the stay which sometimes becomes annoying for guests. The bathroom smells uncomfortable for certain hours When the night (especially weekend) is noisy from the street (because there is a nightlife place), lots of horn sounds. In my room there was also a sound coming from the next room through the connecting door and it was heard clearly enough so that it was disturbing (where the door was located next to the bed)

This accommodation is the same as the picture. spacious, comfortable and clean. Security access is maintained. Not far in front of the apartment 50 m there is a food truck from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. local time. To go to Jalan Alor is - + 500 m. There is family mart within 100 m. The owner is very responsive in response to guest complaints. Very satisfied to stay here. I am a guest from Indonesia (3 adults and 2 children) staying over from 17-22 June 2019. Type of unit with 2 rooms.

This apartment has good facilities and near alor street

Even though it was only 1 night but it was quite pleasant. Competitive prices, very strategic location. One thing is difficult, all guests must be registered and photographed. Maybe for security and to ensure that the one who stays in accordance with the registered.

Easy access in & out, great access to everywhere in KL, best facilities at room.

One of the worst place to stay. The whole check in and check out process is terrible (playing treasure hunt is to name one of them)... but the house is somehow ok for us but yet the service and treatment we receive is not worth it. Seriously disappointing!

The location was good but their rooms lock were damn terrible. I booked for a double bed room for a night. As I & my husband went out for dinner around 8pm & came back around 11.45pm my room door couldn't open with the pass code provided & we waited for half an hour for the in charge person to come & open for us. Before you can get the pass code they will ask you pay deposit 1st before you can excess to your room but their facility are very lousy. Room is very dirty, tv doesn't function, no battery in their tv remote & lizards are running around the pantry. Future I & my husband will not stay in this kind of apartment anymore!!

Cumbersome check-in procedures, reception is not available 24/24. Although the staff is friendly, the room is clean, nice, good security.

They asked for security deposite. Immidiatly refunded after check out only if paid by credit card they said, and I did. But It has been 7 days since check out, and still no refunds.

The place is great. Good location near to Bukit Bintang. Facilities inside are awesome. Overall, it is good place to stay if you're about to stay near Bukit Bintang. Keep it up 😊
