The room is very nice and very comfortable. Only the check in and check out place is not local, so it is very inconvenient for us who do not have a vehicle, where we have to bring the baby and suitcase again.

With a price that is not too expensive, you can get a spacious, clean, complete accommodation. My children also like staying here. Next time we go to Genting, we will stay here again.

Got a 1 bedroom apartment, very clean, can cook and wash clothes. Only check in must be at 15.00 and the location is across (geo residence) to pick up the key

Check-in process was OK just there too long Q which should be improve. Overall stay was OK but the lift is truly congested which we understand due to peak holiday season, the pool is too small, gym not able to access which is funny even we tried to use the room card which fail. Kitchenware was OK only there isn't a bread toaster. There a small confined room door is not so user friend, once the lower bed is dragged out to use, the door can't open. Hot water heater was on but seems that the water is not hot enough. Soundproof is not good enough, can hear all the loud car & motorbikes sound morning and night.

This was the first time I stayed Windmill Premier Suites Genting Highlands, Duplex Two-Bedroom Suite with my family of 4 for our short vacation of 3 days 2 nights. I was very impressed with the interior design and decorations of this beautiful apartment. The place is very clean and cozy. We are excited and have booked again for our coming trip in Dec 2024.

I have my excellent stay at Windsmill apartment. The only problem for me that you must check in and get pass key card first at Geo38 residency which is around 5-10 minutes walking distance.
