Spacious suite which had all we could ask for and more. Large bedroom plenty of storage. Shower pressure and temperature very good. Washing machine, iron etc. Microwave, hob 👍 all in all a great place short walk from KLCC park, two huge sopping Malls and the Preston’s towers

Suitable for family with kids. There are indoor activities that can be done once a week. There is snow and sports. Large swimming pool. Large room and complete with basic necessities. Worth staying there.

Thank God, we have been using Wyndham since 2020. This is the first time we felt uncomfortable with the smell of the bathroom (3907 - pungent and unpleasant). We informed the lobby staff, but even after we checked out for 4 nights and 3 nights, the smell persisted. Hopefully, this can be improved so that loyal customers can feel comfortable and proud. Thank you, Wyndham Suites KLCC.

Overall is a good experience staying at this hotel especially the room but the breakfast selection and variety needs to be improved for the price paid in returned. Also, the service from the hotel staff during the breakfast time - more attentive would be great. Downside for location wise, though it's near to Pavilion as example: however it's hard to get a grab service (especially for me with young kid and baby) probably due to too near from the hotel which driver doesn't want to accept the order - We ended up walk over. Suggestion to fix this - shuttle service to Pavilion, Conlay MRT station and some other popular spots in within a radius within hotel would definitely boost up the rating of it's location and a factor for other future hotel guest to consider staying in this hotel.

the suites are clean and big, nice to sleep.. just the location, everywhere you go.you need to walk a short distance. the playground in the suites is quite pricey. Just a small place only, ans the swimming pool for kids one also very very very small. overall is okay and acceptable

+ Location to Bukit Bintang can be walked +/- 10 minutes. + Room & layout is nice & big. + Complete with microwave, stove, washing machine. + It turns out there are 2 rooms (1 can be used as a children's room) + Facilities for children are very good, there is a playground, swimming pool, snow area (paid). - The toilet sometimes smells especially in the morning, but we tried to close the drain in the sink before going to bed, it helped a lot

Family friendly, and have a lot of kitchen utensils so you can recook your food from holiday, and the place is strategic. It's near with Conlay MRT, 10 minutes by walk, and near with Pavilion cross road, just take 8 minutes by walk, and you can keep your baggage on receptionist if you have check out. Need to note you need 300MYR as deposited and 10MYR for tax tourism. Sadly, I don't have time to take a photo by the pool to get Petronas twin tower, if you go there must check the pool scenery.

There is no lobby. The reception room is locked, when you arrive you are not allowed to enter straight away, you are asked first what you want, see the booking code and so on, outside, he appears at half the door, like we are criminals. Unlike other hotels, very welcoming. In front of the door. There is no supermarket at all and the entrance to the hotel is far, but budgies are provided. Breakfast is not interesting, very little variety, not like a 5-star hotel.
