I like this place been coming here since I was a little girl with my parents and the thing is the rooms need to be cleaned properly more so the bathrooms they need to take the mold from the edges or just remodel them

Le falta mantenimiento y limpieza es un hotel viejo pero si tuviera una buena limpieza cambia, desde las escaleras, pasillos, en los cuartos había suciedad y no se ve que fuera de un día, basura, y olor desagradable, toallas con mal olor, le doy un 3 por que el gerente buscó todas las opciones y apoyo en los desperfectos de que no funcionaba el
Baño ni el aire acondicionado, el personal de recepción muy grosero y descortés ni un saludo te dan .. fuimos en viaje grupal
Nos quedamos 2 noches y rentamos 5 habitaciones todas con las mismas características sucias y con desperfectos

For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome. Room was not as clean as I expected. They need to put new sheets on beds and the televisions don’t work as well. Other than that, everything was great and safe.

Its hidden in the back nice & quite but limited parking they put parking violations on our side x side then we was getting charged for a pool towel. As a high class resort they should provide them. The rooms weren't remodeled like it said online beds where stiff , AC where out of date didnt get a room till 5pm

The service was really good, the people is friendly in the bar and restaurant. The kitchen suite needs to be updated and doesn’t have basic stuffs as a dishes soap, paper towel, salt, etc
It was a good gateway with my family.
