Clean-room, noise didn’t bother me too much but if you’re a light sleeper you may have a hard time. Friendly staff, affordable and not too far from the bus station.

The property sits on a Main Avenue with a well sized balcony facing the beautiful roundabout, the traffic was not bad even for a Friday night, a lot of places with in a 10 minute safe walk, the room was simple and fairly clean, hot water shower and a confortable bed is what I needed. The front desk boy was missing when i arrived so had to stand outside the looked building doors for several minutes, no one answered their phone the few times I called, the supervisor lady showed up and let me in. It would be great if the pedestrian crossing signal beeping can be turned down. That when ton all night.

staff were great ,rooms were clean ,if you're gonna be out all day ,this is the place ,is within 10 minutes of all beaches in Cancun and alll major tourist attractions but the best part is super cheap you can't beat it.is a simple room with a nice bed , bathroom,ac,tv for the price it's great .would recommend if you just want a bed and a bathroom and are gonna be exploring Cancun

i like staying at this clean hotel. its close to the city areas and also tourist restaurant areas. and also the main mall. all walkable or short drives. parking is tricky but there is space.

Unfortunately the sliding doors on the balcony are not noise proof.there is lots of traffic in front of the hotel.late at night it very noisy its very hard to sleep through out the night.

i didnt enjoy the stay at the hotel it was very noisy all day and night the car noise and motor cycle its like you sleeping outside the old cleaning lady was nice and she did what she can to keep the room clean but the sheet and pillows and stan markers on them the was something new for me to see and experience the WIFI was very slow and keep disconnecting and once i contact the staff or the owner the msged me on WhatsApp he said he never had the experience before and wrote everything in capital latter like am suppose to care with these lies i go and look at the reviews of the hotel and every problem i stated was the same problem people were having then he wanted to charge me an extra day when i was out at 7 am for my flight if you get the room facing the street you wont be able to sleep i had to get anther place for the last 5 days of my trip it was really a waste of money this hotel for and was not happy with it are their staff at all DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE

La atención muy bien, la habitación limpia, cómoda y amplia. El problema fue que justo esa noche se nos informó que no contaba con agua porque el suministro se descompuso y prometieron que al día siguiente muy temprano se restablecería, pero no fue así

Great for the price

El hotel está muy bonito, iluminado, céntrico, todo súper. Alta calidad por el precio. El único pero a considerar es que está en una avenida muy transitada y puede ser un poco ruidoso.
