I hate to tell you how awesome this hotel is, as I want to keep it to myself! Awesome views, Awesome staff, Awesome restaurant. We will be back for sure.

The property is simple, clean, and has almost everything you need. I stayed in the Penthouse and the room was great. The view was outstanding, incredible. Loved the huge deck. Two drawbacks which could be fixed. 1 day- good internet, 2nd and 3rd day- no internet. I have to have access to email, no tv access, etc…for me that was a big problem. Second, the layout is such that the side open-air walkway which connects the elevator to the front deck(Penthouse only)should have a security door. Didn’t like the fact that anyone coming off the elevator or stairs could walk right onto your deck and have access to your sliding glass doors. Very simple to install a gate to ensure privacy and security.Finally, something that is out of their control- It was an inconvenience that there was no ‘OXXO’ or something similar to buy drinks, snacks, Advil and the like.The employees had a great attitude and were always there to answer a question or to try to help. I would return but the internet needs to be improved. Right on the water, amazing view.

We only stayed one night after a week in Cabo, definitely wish we could have stayed longer. We booked the deluxe oceanfront suite, and the views from every window were incredible. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves crashing all night, then waking up to a beautiful sunrise was unforgettable. The hotel was clean, modern, and had a great boutique feel. The front desk staff was also incredibly kind and accommodating, which made the stay even better. The restaurant on the property was also great. Definitely will return for a longer stay and refer friends. Much gratitude for making our last night amazing!

Perfect beach view. Clean. Safe. Loved it!

The staff was nice and helpful, my receptionist was really nice a sweet, she offer us umbrellas and seats to go to the beach. I will definitely want to come back and stay there again

The hotel is perfect to relax and get away from the crazy downtown area. You can sit and stare at the beautiful ocean all day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Betty was very sweet and helpful.

WOW - we booked a last minute trip and were so pleasantly surprised by this incredible boutique hotel. great staff, clean and BIG rooms, perfect location (right on the beach and only 25 minute uber from the marina) not to mention the resturant connected to the hotel was the best food we had in cabo. we tried some other places just to try and always came back to Pescadito Break. Surf school right next door that had great instructors as well, easy to get in the water surfing or lounging on beach. we will absolutely be returning as soon as possible to Cabo Break!!

Great property building very nice very well built clean new and beautiful, but adjacent to unfinished land and area, which makes it not possible to walk around. It’s good for someone that knows the language around and has a car to drive around because nothing close by. It has an attached restaurant which does not belong to the property, but it has friendly staff and good food. Not a vacation place but a nice property to stay.

Honestly, one of our favorite places to stay. My husband and I stayed three nights and enjoyed the waves crashing just outside our room, wonderful service, and food at the adjoining Cabo Break cafe.

This is an amazing hotel. It’s feet away from the water and great ocean views. The room is also huge. There’s a nice size sitting area, tv area, and separate bedroom area. I visit the area often and I will only stay here.

My recent stay at the hotel was truly pleasant from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The common areas were tidy and inviting, adding to the pleasant experience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The combination of comfortable accommodations, welcoming staff, and a relaxing atmosphere made the visit memorable. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant hotel experience.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms was spotless the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to sit on the second floor swimming pool deck and watch the whales. The pool is small but still very refreshing. This is a very quiet hotel so relaxing. It is not far from all the activities you will want to do and see. We mainly took the public transit to many of our adventures. Shout out to BETTY! Betty is the receptionist and will help in any way possible with her beautiful smile. Thank you Betty for making our stay that much better
