This was my 3rd visit, business /pleasure trip. Very convenient location, walking distance to a wide selection of restaurants.

We had never stayed in Mexico (Puerto Escondido) and we are so glad this place was our introduction. Very friendly staff. Our room was a great fit for my wife, me, our son, and our small dog. The staff did a great job cleaning as well. Warm water. Soft bed. Located next to a cafe and other eating options down the way. We’d live here if we could!

The safe was broken and it couldn't be repaired; moving to another room was not an option. The lights in the sink area were broken. Not a very friendly place.

I came to visit Puerto Escondido a few days after a hurricane impacted the area. The airline refused to offer me a refund or credit. So I went through with my original travel plans. It was a very quiet hotel. I was probably the only guest there one or two days. The room was nice. Easy to use a/c unit in the room. Ceiling fan in the room also. Small mini fridge in the room. The water in the shower is a little cool which is perfect for when you come back from the beach and need to cool down. I recommend arriving to Puerto Escondido with plenty of pesos so you won't have to worry about finding an exchange place or an ATM.

It was a really good stay. Very easy to check in and out. Clean and simple rooms.

The neighbourhood was very local. I rarely heard English being spoken due to the location. Rincanada is off the beaten path of Puerto Escondido. The beach is a 7 minute walk. Best Vacay ever!

They only take cash for the rooms which wads disappointing. Rooms were clean and nice. No receipt given for cash paid paid but no issues resulted. Overall a good budget hotel.

There were many things wrong with this hotel. First, it doesn't look any like the pictures. The property is old, the rooms are dirty and full of insects (which I know, it's Puerto, but this was too much, there were dead ants inside the fridge), the blankets and towels were dirty full of stains. My bathroom curtain fell down when I was taking a shower and they never fixed it so the bathroom was always wet. They say they have amenities but they only give you two hand soaps. The WC seat was broken, and pieces were flying out every time I sit on it. But the worst I think that it was when I arrived and figured out they don't take cards, so you have to pay with cash. Any part of the reservation process mentions that. So I had the owner over me my entire stay until I found a way to get some cash and pay. I called Expedia to get some help, and every time I called they gave me different information. It was terrible. I do not recommend this place at all.
