City Express by Marriott Mexicali

One of my best experiences in a hotel in Mexicali. Front desk was so helpful and so was the door man. Property was clean and in a safe location. There is plenty of stores and food places near by. Literally walking distances.

Better bigger pillows. Could have 4 pillows on beds and bigger beds too hard. Creamer for coffee not powder.

The overall stay experience was ok, the check in experience was a bit slow, we weren’t allowed to check in five minutes before, and when we tried checking in there was a line of people waiting with only ONE staff member helping.

My room was on the 6th floor. The A/C unit worked but the tempurture sensing unit didn't work, it wouldn't shut-off, so the room became ice-cold or too hot. As always the bedding needs to be changed, it's worn out fron the pillows to the mattresses.

It was good stay over all, breakfast very nice, basic but very good

The place is always clean. The staff are attentive and the complimentary breakfast is great.

To small the room and other stuff is old is not good

I wouldn’t stay here again because the rooms were way smaller than expected and it had no light, most of the tv channels were just black and white static and when I parked at night they thought I was going to the club next door and asked me if I actually had a room there which made me feel judged and like I didn’t belong there and to top it off when I went to get breakfast I found two long hairs next to the spoons that you use to serve yourself which I thought was gross

Everything was great

My room on the 5th floor was clean and the pillows were decent. The air conditioning system in the room was noisy. It definitely needs to be replaced.
