Staff was great. Room was clean. I liked the fact that there was an in-house restaurant, bar, spa, gym, heated pool & jacuzzis. My only complaint is that the mattresses were hard compared to our friends’ room. Also we were near the lobby on the first floor and it was very noisy all day & night.

For the price, the hotel was really good. The rooms did not have mini fridge or microwave. The noise from the other rooms was coming into our room from the electricity outlets, as simple as the TV can be heard. The continental breakfast was extremely limited, but the food was okay. Other than that, the proximity to everything was amazing. We would probably stay here again.

Excellent service and attention, and a very good location.

The breakfast was great with tortillas made by hand. The room itself was nice clean and had a good view. The parking is great and the hotel itself is near everything so we could just walk to places overall a solid choice for a great vacation.

Very friendly and kind customer service. Breakfast was great. We love the freshly made orange juice. Rooms are modernized and well kept. Parking was very accessible and safe. Walking distance to the Malecón and into town’s business.

The hotel has good breakfast options that come with your stay. Saturday they had chilaquiles, eggs, oatmeal, fruits, and cereals. Sunday they had pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, fruit, and toast. Orange juice was really good. You also have an option to order from a menu. Served at the table they bring you coffee and pastries. No complaints on the food and service. The hotel is in a perfect walking distance to El Malecon, downtown, and popular food places. Beware of merchants scams at some restaurant they don't list prices. The hotel was clean and no sewers smells. The only thing I noticed was some rust or mold on bottom of shower. Other than that room, towels, and bedding were clean. They brought us clean towels upon request. Overall, we had a good experience. We will come back because of how close it is to many activities in Ensenada. The hotel being walking distance was great no need for uber. The breakfast being included was a plus. Also free parking is included and they have security all night. It really depends what you're looking for. Not best for ocean view or luxury but that's not what we were going for. We wanted something good in price, good reviews, and close to the Malecon and food places. We recommend El Guero stand for seafood cocktails and many options for seafood tacos. the shrimp Baja Tacos were excellent. El paisa for beef street tacos a sit down restaurant. We will recommend to family and friends. We will come back on our next Ensenada visit.

Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was good. Parking was easy. Very centric location.
