Nice to have a weekend off with the Family, food very good at restaurant and very fair prices. Personal very attentive and friendly. Definitely would be back with entire Family.

Cuartos muy ruidosos y no internet

Limited amenities. No hot water. It took almost 2 hours to check, my room wasn't ready eventhough I was checking in after their check in start time. They refuse to give me 2 keys I had to pay extra if I want a second key Rooms are very old. Overall I don't recomend this Hotel.

En general bien calidad-precio albercas muy limpias , la cama no era cómoda son duros los colchones ,no hay wifi en cuarto pero si vas a descansar no importa, la comida buena , personal muy amable check in y check out rapidísimo, volveré sin duda área de toboganes en mantenimiento

Like the facility is keep very well condition the staff are very friendly food is good we be back next time with my family.

Service is great, everything went well. Maybe the karaoke should be shut down at 10 pm the latest.

The hotel room was nice. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. It took 10 minutes to get the shower to the correct temperature. We could hear the people in the room next to ours.

This was a clear bait and switch. The room was simply disgusting, but because we were without another place to stay, we were talked into an upgrade. The upgrade (now up to 100.00 USD) had a sewer smell, a toilet that needed to be flushed 3-6 x, baby roaches crawled onto the (upgraded) room. Some of the staff is very friendly, the outside is lovely. My husband left with sever food poisoning. We expect more from Expedia. We will stay at the Hacienda hotel the next time.

The Hotel is great, a lot of activities to do, the soccer field is amazing.

Beds were very hard to sleep on, bathroom had a very foul odor. Pools were really dirty and not pleasant to swim in. “We avoided” food was ok... I would suggest checking out the best by “Mercado” for food.

Very nice location in the middle of the small town of Oxatepec. I would defiantly go back if the drive wasn’t so far from the nearest Airport is in DF. Which is about a 2.5 hour drive through some very curvy roads and dangerous cliffs. Not for the faint of heart.

The hotel in comfortable and nice. It could be better by having internet connection in the rooms and improving the check out.

We had a great time, swimming pools were great, restaurant staff very polite, bars great, room service excellent.

Dejando aparte que al hotel en general le hace falta mucho mantenimiento y una renovación, deberían tener más cuidado y poner más atención a la higiene y limpieza.

Instalaciones bonitas. Muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses. Buena ubicación.

Toda la experiencia fue terrible. Hice la reservación para 3 personas y nos dejaron una habitación muy pequeña, donde una de las camas quedaba abajo de un aire acondicionado sin funcionar y con orificios que dejaban ver animales como cucarachas. Al querer reportar esto, nos dimos cuenta que el teléfono tampoco servía, salimos a buscar asistencia, porque además junto a la ventana estaba la zona de alberca donde después de las 10, un grupo de jóvenes no dejaban la fiesta y la cortina ni siquiera cerraba bien. El personal super grosero, así que tuve que irme a quejar a la recepción, donde la gerente ni siquiera me quiso atender, me cambiaron después de una hora de espera la habitación. Todo parecía mejorar, hasta que a las 5 am, se empezaron a escuchar sonidos como de martillazos en metal. Lo reporte. Recepción haciendo caso omiso, después de varias llamadas y de hacerme reportar directamente a vigilancia el problema a las 8 am, detuvieron el ruido. Al pasar al área de toboganes, notamos que la oficina había un calcetín al fondo de la alberca y solo un trabajador procedió a retirarlo. El agua de la alberca olía feo. Y ni hablar de las regaderas, el agua helada. Si no quieren ser estafados porque además es caro, por lo que ofrencen y deplorables condiciones. NO VAYAN!

Encontramos arañas y muchas hormiga en la habitación, la instalaciones se ven ya muy viejas en la recamaras, en la zona de jardín y alberca todo bien. El costo de la comida bastante accesible. El personal muy amable
