Eco Express Hotel Zamora

Very very clean, they change the sheets every day, very good service, good location. For me it's one of the best hotels in Zamora.

It's centrally located, and CDC guidelines are enforced and respected.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Price of stay was very cheap; the room vas very clean. It is relatively centrally located and accessible to all other services: food vendors were just across the street, bank on the opposite side of the street, oxxo down the block, pharmacy was within the same block. Downtown and all its attractions were within short walking distance.The only negative thing that comes to mind, it’s on one of the main avenues and traffic gets loud late at night and very busy in early morning and evening. Overall, it was great and I think I’d stay there again, if needed.

Very clean and comfortable bedroom mattresses. There was vary little noise in the premises.

It was OK for the price I pay.The facilities were clean but the bathroom doors didn't have a lock because they wer e rolling

El hotel esta limpio y cómodo, no funciona el Wifi, poco personal y un tanto inseguro ya que no existe un control en el acceso de personas al hotel.

Location is convenient for us. Plus we stay there for our soccer tournaments in Zamora.

The hotel is good, with air conditioner and cable tv. The only complaint from my previous staying is that the private parking is too small and only fits around 10 cars. But the personal told me I could park in the bank parking across the hotel. I would recommend this place.

They are very friendly and helpful the place is very close to the most important places

I got an eye infection after I told staff their pillows were dirty. I paid online yet they had me up till 1 am telling me I didn’t pay even tho I showed proof and that I couldn’t leave I till I paid. Got no work done slept super late because they don’t know how to process payments. Horrible staff. First complaint I make

This hotel was very old. and the room was not clean

I was going to have a 6 hr wait to tranfer to my next location. Instead of waiting at the bus terminal, I decided to book a room here. When i get there, the person tells me their system is down, and they dont have access to it. His best solution was for me to cancel my reservation, which I dont think you can, and pay him again in person. He was blaming everything on me for having my reservation in English. But I is not my fault their sustem was down. I understand the language barrier, but please dont use that as an excuse when the problem was your equipment/system. I got on the phone with Expedia costumer service so they can help. They called the hotel and the guy agreed to give me a room, but he first called his supervisor for over 5 min after he had alteafy agreed with the Expedia agent. This whole thing tool 30-40min and keep in mind I wanted to sleep as much as possible since I only had 6hrs.
