This property was amazing. It was my second time staying with them but in a different location and it didn’t disappoint. The staff were amazing and the location was great with anything you needed within walking distance.

Fiesta Inn Ecatepec is the best hotel in the areas. Great location inside the luxury mall “Centro Las Américas” that offers guests shopping and dining options. Staff is ultra friendly and professional. Their command of English is excellent and they are ready to help, offering tips and advise only locals could give. Property has a great restaurant, plenty of parking space (open air) and rooms are super clean and well-kept. Special thanks to Liz. She made sure room was in top shape, changing linen and towels, and also making sure my daily bottle of drinking water was in the room. Spacious, quiet and with views of the area. Elevators, gym, swimming pool and all other amenities super clean and well-mantained

The hotel itself is nice, the location is great and the staff were very friendly. Nonetheless, we brought food with us hoping we could heat it up but unfortunately, there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. We asked the front desk ladies to allow us to use a microwave and they sent us to the hotel restaurant. I waited a long time in the restaurant’s lobby but no one ever acknowledged me or came to help me so I left. Also, I was given a validated ticket to leave the parking garage in the morning but it did not work causing us a delay and we almost miss our flight. I wanted to pay but it meant to go back to the mall or the hotel and we didn’t have time. The security person lifted up the pole far enough we were able to exit the parking garage. We were just happy we made it to airport and caught our flight.

I had stay in this hotel many times whit no issues but this last stay was terrible there was bed bugs on my room I stay at the room 215 and I got bitten so many times by those things and I only stay one night I will advice you to check your bed before you get on it

I stay at the room 215 for one night and the room had bed bugs I got bitten by them and I had to take all my cloths to the laundry to get them clean and bug free I stay at this hotel several times with no issues but this time I got really disappointed

Had numerous issues with my room. The shower was dysfunctional to the point that it was difficult to use. Water trickled out so slowly it made me think the thing was a practical joke. AC unit thermostat did not work, which means the AC kept running all night so that each morning when I woke, I found icicles in strange places on my anatomy. Internet poor and this is a big deal with me. In addition, my laptop told me it was an unsafe connection. Gym is not really a gym.... only useful thing there was treadmill. NO fridge. The only good point I believe is that the place was not dirty.

The staff was helpful getting me a cab for the airport which turned out to be a “hotel taxi” with an agreed upon rate. The shower head did not work and dribbled water only. The rug was not thoroughly cleaned. However the room was quiet and the beds were firm and the bathroom, tub and towels were clean; bottled water was provided and it was nice to have the 24 hour room service with a decent breakfast menu!

The hotel is quite old and looks like it hasn’t been refurbished in a while. The cleaning of my room was not done properly as I found hairs in one of the pillows and in the bathroom. I would not come back.
