Beautiful location and very friendly and accommodating staff.

The food, drinks and service was good 😊 My son enjoyed the mini club! Cleaning 10/10 We're recommend it!

It was old, and no elevator to our room.

The front desk only half of them were helpful. The other half knew nothing about the restaurants and making reservations. The concierge’s were there to sell you a tour and membership and not much help otherwise. The service was great at most of the restaurants. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel over all was very clean. We had a nice stay.

Such a prefect medium size resort. Everyone nice and friendly. They great shows at night time and restaurant.

the food and the service was exceptional all around, the pool activities, the shows, room. i have no complaint whats so ever, definitely would return.

Facilities are nice, especially the building facade (outlook). The food, such as fruits and drinks like coffee and juice could have improvement and make them more accessible.

Impressive

It was an excellent stay for 5 nights. The food was delicious with many options in different places, the service was great. The room service was done well every day. It's a good place for relaxation who wants to escape from busy and noisy place.

Not thecroom I booked. Food was monotonous throughout the resort. It's old and broken. Restaurants were unavailable. NOT all inclusive. Room service has an extra charge...and for the single restaurant that we WERE able to get reservations for, they caherged $35 extra. That is NOT All-inclusive. There was a TON of construction and once again...NOT THE ROOM THAT I BOOKED! I expressed this and they changed the room, it was a duplicate of the room that I DID NOT BOOK and with a much worse view. All of the drinks were way too watered down. Luci (Luciano) was the BEST! Always smiling and he made up for it. Everyone else, I thought that they couldn't care less. I booked excursions and each one required me to walk to the sister resort next door which was unacceptable. Half of the time, the transportation left us as a no-show because their in-house booking is evidently not the same as what you book through expedia. No ice machines! If you want ice, you have to call room service...which I thought was All inclusive...oh, but it was not! I've been elsewhere in Cancun and it was NOTHING like this experience. I booked GR Solaris. I wasn't aware that therevwas a GR Solaris, a Royal Solaris, and a GR Solaris Caribe What I didn't know was that's a Hotel "system" and I feel like they just put us Wherever. I ABSOLUTELY KNOW what I booked and that wasn't IT! BUYER BEWARE! Never again!

Husband checked in - elevator was broken so had to walk up 2 flights stairs. Air conditioning wasn’t working so had to place a maintenance call at 9pm to get repaired. Front desk was notified of the issues. When discussing options - there were none until the following day. Checked out that same night & switched hotels. Hotel refuses to offer any type of refund even though we were there 2 hours. Because booked thru Expedia - refused any refund. More should have been done by hotel & Expedia to resolve this service issue. Never again

Small and quiet and for price it was good. Beach was amazing.

The staff was great. 10 out of ten. They were very helpful and accommodating to me and my needs. I can’t wait to go back!!

The staff was the best. Of course the beach et al. The worst thing: wifi.

Property was nicely kept. Room felt like the walls were super thin and the outside noise was so load you’d think we left our door open.
