1- Travelocity advertised free breakfast, but was told it was not included. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Breakfast was very good.
2 - Clerk in the front desk was trying to charge again for the room, but I had already paid through Travelocity. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem.
3 - Travelocity advertised room service included, but hotel staff would not honor it. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Room was very pretty and clean.
Manager was very polite and solved all the issues. I'd give it 5 stars but we did have those three issues to resolve.

Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable.

They had a big remodell going on and did not let us know until we were there, very noisy and a lot of dust. Ammenities are down to the bare minimum, the room was not cleaned properly.

The front desk were very unhelpful I had made a reservation for 3 nights and the told me that is was only for 2 nights and I had to repay them for the extra night
overall I know that I will not stay at the Hilton in Chihuahua question if you charged me for 3 nights why did I have to pay whos going to refund me that money ?
