Muy tranquilo

This place was a nightmare. In the worse part of town in Mexico City plus no running hot water no toilet seat complained about the shower spraying water all over the entire bathroom they didn’t care. Plus you had to turn your key into them when you left so your belongings are not safe. The linen where dirty floor was gross. If it happen been for the fact u arrived so late and had no alternative at that moment would not have stayed there. This place is rented by the hour plus none of the pictures they show of the hotel rooms are there the courtyard was nice and had a security system. I am appalled it even was an approved place for hotels .com

Do not come here! We were scammed by this place. I paid do for 3 days here to go to EDC. They said they couldn’t check me in because they had already given my room to someone else…. The day I arrived in Mexico. Expedia was no help either. So now I had to book last minute have a place to stay. But insane, please take my review as a serious note. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE PLEASE!!!

Clean room hot water nice staff

Staff gave my reservation away and wanted me to pay the difference for another room even though at the moment of check-in they said “they were completely sold out” And Expedia customer service was no help either

This play was stress and we never even left the room most of our visit here that should answer all your questions, but few things to mention bathroom flooded for the entire first month we was here constant water, loud noises so I had to keep the tv 📺 kinda high cause you would hear constant Spanish all down the hallways loud people just wanted you to know everything about their conversation they were having, the smells were off, the front counter constantly give me evil looks OMG and then when they moved to second room cause bathroom needed to be fix from floods now we ain’t have NO WIFI and the furniture needed to be replaced and the staff members there constantly pointing their fingers at me like I turn around and they talking pointing they fingers at me and constantly following me, terrible terrible 😞 experience. But they’re was one cleaning lady that could suffer her emotions to act civil with me so it wasn’t all bad experience just… well u get the point! Go for it stay here and give it a shot you may enjoy it loll hahahahha

There is a constant noise that never stopped Sounded like a vacuum cleaner that had a very bad motor and I never stopped. Very bad part of the city. Was told it's a Crack. Smoking area of the city. No sleep at all because of that vacuum cleaner sound

What they offered me is nothing; the place where it's located is very dangerous.

This is not a hotel is a low-class MOTEL; rooms have a funky smell everything is outdated. Location is horrible, located in an alley type street. Super noisy starting at 2 am since it is surrounded by a meat market, which has a horrible pungent smell. Transportation to and from motel is almost impossible because the area is so crowded and unsafe. Staff is rude; besides you are forced to leave the room key when leaving the facility. The locking mechanism in the door is so unsafe. THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM TRAVELOCITY. I would request a refund, if possible, my stay was miserable and unpleasant.

La recepcionista súper grosera, el control no tenía pilas, cuando prendimos la tele no había internet que porque está lleno el internet y súper groseras nos contestaron, después se enojaban si pedíamos cosas, muy mal servicio

Room was full of cigarettes buds when I checked in. The room was very dirty. Check out says 1pm on the website, they told to check out at 12pm. Cigarette smells lingers everywhere in the hotel. Workings peeking through the windows as well. I was very uncomfortable staying at this hotel.

I modified my booking before ever checking in, yet they would not honor the modification, even though it was done before getting to the hotel. I ended up paying for 3-4 nights that I never used, I wasn't even there. I checked out after first night and never went back. Expedia was no help either, as they couldn't find a Spanish speaking representative Also very far from anything good. Very poor and dangerous neighborhood. Hotel is a rent by the hour place for prostitution Very poor experience Only good thing I can say is that they have a garage, and there is a microwave in the lobby

I enjoyed the spacious, functional room. The location is good if you want to catch an early flight. The road from the metro station to the hotel looks dirty.
