Lovee this Hotel. Great location, right in the center of the Historic Center. Staff was super friendly and nice! Also has its own underground parking, located behind the hotel… Lourdes was such a helpful lady and was also super nice. The room we got was decent and had a good view of the street through the balcony.

My only issue was there was no elevator. It was in repair, but they did give a voucher for free breakfast, but I did not use this service. When checking out. I asked for guest service to help take down the luggage because we had to go down five flights of stairs they only helped us with one, and he never returned to help with the other two.

A liittle outdated. some guests were really loud like at 2-3 AM, not the hotels fault. Staff were extremely friendly, suggested and helped secure Uber to Jerez instead of taxi due to the higher taxi rates.
