Modern, clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and only five minutes or so from the cathedral. Continental breakfast was OK with option to pay extra for hot dishes. Friendly staff. I'd defintely stay here again.

Excellent LOCATION!!!! 5 OR 10 minute walk to museums, restaurants and other attractions, I was impressed with the charm of the Hotel, wasn't expecting that quality of a HOTEL ROOM FOR THE PRICE,,,,, next time I'm in Zacatecas I will go back to Casa Torres Hotel 10 stars

Gonzalo the front desk gentleman was very courteous and attentive help bring my luggage from across the street parking lot. Hotel very clean, great location, bed very comfortable. You will surprise when you get to your room very modern, you would never imagine from looking it from the outside. Highly recommend

The hotel charged me in dollars with a terrible exchange rate, rather than pesos, which violated the Orbitz terms and is also illegal in Mexico. In addition, they charged me for breakfast even though it was supposed to be free and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Finally, the wifi terrible -- forget about trying to work remotely.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero las habitaciones están muy juntas y las paredes muy delgadas. El hotel no es cuidadoso con que los huéspedes respeten los horarios de evitar ruidos lo cual se traduce en una estadía muy incómoda.

Great value and excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have access to a communal water station in the lobby. Breakfast was light but tasty and the view from the restaurant is fantastic.

Couldn’t have been happier. Perfect location, walkable to many tourist attractions. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt and (REALLY good) bread. Other cooked to order options available for a very modest charge. Free parking directly across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Terrific value for the price. We visit Zacatecas often, have stayed in a handful of hotels and have our long time favorites. Casa Torres will now be our preferred accommodations.

Great location, helpful, friendly staff. The (free) Continental Breakfast: juice, coffee, bread & toast and a plate of fresh fruit with yogurt was just perfect and you can order additional items from their menu for a reasonable charge. Free secure parking across the street. We will stay there again!
