todo estuvo muy bien muchas gracias por permitirme ospedarme en Castillos del mar cuarto limpio personal muy amable tiene unas vistas hacia el mar maravillosas Thank you Castillos del Mar for having us it was a great experience the room was clean and in good condition the personal was very gentle and welcoming very good service and the views of the sea were great I recommend these Hotel

Clean and upgraded room, staff is extremely friendly. Amenities are excellent, everything you need for your stay is right there; great views, delicious food and wonderful staff.

Everything was terrible, from the staff to room and amenities. First of all we didn't feel welcome by the staff, the person at the front desk was like mad. We had our ocean view room and by 2 hours the electricity in have of the room went off, they couldn'd do anything about it. They changed us to another room without ocean view, was not clean, very cold, ants in the restroom, no internet at all and not even hot water. I told them and they didn't do anything about it. Our stay was horrible. Very disatisfy. They offer free breakfast for our kids as sorry(because free breakfast is only for adults) breakfast was cold. Never coming back to this place never

The views, food, and the service were outstanding. Absolutely friendly, and so welcoming. The room was dusty, and there were stains on the linens, and hand towels. There was some remodeling that was not mentioned that made the views from the room not so great.
