Grate for the price and location. They do take some time to service you at their restaurant if you’re lucky.

La habitacion estaba limpia. El personal nos atendio bien. El internet funciono bien.

Mi experiencia en este hotel dejó mucho que desear Inicialmente, contábamos con una reservación de dos habitaciones. Sin previo aviso, una de ellas fue modificada de una habitación sencilla a una suite. Aunque en principio esto parecía un cambio favorable, la situación tomó otro rumbo al momento del check-in. Se nos informó que la habitación sencilla no contaba con llave, por lo que cada vez que necesitáramos ingresar, debíamos solicitar al personal que acudiera a abrirnos la puerta, lo cual implicaba tiempos de espera innecesarios. Adicionalmente, el hotel no dispone de planchas para ropa en ninguna de sus habitaciones. Al solicitar una en recepción, se nos indicó que no había disponibles porque habían sido prestadas, sin ofrecernos ninguna alternativa o solución. El agua de los baños tiene un olor muy feo Ante estas situaciones, solicitamos cambiar la habitación sencilla por una suite, estando dispuestos a cubrir la diferencia. Sin embargo, se nos informó que las suites no estaban disponibles para renta, ya que se mantenían “reservadas”, lo cual resultó contradictorio considerando el cambio previo en nuestra reservación. Finalmente, al solicitar algo tan básico como hielo, se nos indicó que debíamos acudir al área de restaurante para comprarlo. Tras esperar aproximadamente diez minutos sin recibir atención, optamos por retirarnos. En general, la experiencia refleja una falta de logística, servicio y enfoque en la comodidad del huésped.

I loved the location.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms did not have a view to the outside; they were completely closed off. If you want, I can combine all your comments into one polished review.

I think for the price per night is appropriate. The bed was really firm and the AC barely cooled the room. The hotel is overall clean and it is convenient to downtown Guadalajara.

That was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel. Great location great staff but the busiest they get the quality service goes down.. this time we found BED BUGS IN THE BEDS. they offered to switch rooms but found brd bugs aswell.. we stayed 3 nights out of 5.

Es la segunda vez que voy todo muy bien solo el restaurant tarda mucho para servir la comida pero todo lo demas mis respetos gracias

The best

The room always clean,the staff was Courteous and helpful. The had a little trouble with the air conditioner, but told front desk and was promptly fixed.I would highly recommend This hotel.I give it 5 Stars.

Out of the 3 hotels I stayed at this was my favorite. It was also the newest. Only thing is both other rooms I stayed at had smart tv to connect to Netflix. As an English speaker only having 3 channels to understand was a bummer but u don’t travel to watch tv. So get up and go outside
