Excelente servicio y todo muy limpio!!

Todo ok, muy bonito lugar, alberca gigante y cerca de las atracciones turísticas

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel did not meet expectations. The standard room was extremely small, and if you expect something like the photos, you’ll need to book a cabin or suite. Upon entering, we noticed a strong musky odor. Staff suggested it came from the AC, but with no bathroom window and only the front door for ventilation, the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. Noise was another problem, the walls are very thin, and with many families and children staying here, it was easy to hear everything from adjacent rooms. The bed, a full-sized mattress, was sunken in the middle, causing both occupants to roll toward the center, making sleep uncomfortable. While the room was clean at check-in, airing it out required leaving the front door open, sacrificing all privacy. The Wi-Fi only works in common areas, not in the rooms, which was inconvenient. While the location and cabins/suites may work for some, our standard room experience was disappointing. I cannot recommend it based on comfort, noise, and ventilation issues.

La mejor experiencia en 4 Cienegas. Cumple con toda espectativa

Está muy bonito el lugar y los alrededores. Lo único que no me gustó de la habitación es que se venía el olor a drenaje del lavabo.

Las habitaciones 31 y 32. Tiene pésimas camas super viejas y duras. La televisión no funciona bien. No te dan jabón ni shampoo.

Mucho ruido por las noches

Fuimos de fiesta con mis compadres, habitación limpia, clima excelente, en la entrada te dan llave, control de TV, control de tele por cable y Minisplit. El área común (Alberca, asadores y baños) muy limpia, tienen área para gente como nosotros que nos gusta la fiesta.

El hotel está rodeado de naturaleza y el personal es muy amable.

Un lugar muy tranquilo muy lindo

La verdad superó mis expectativas, este lugar es hermoso en las fotos no se aprecia lo realmente bonito que está , tiene varias cabañas todas con su asador para poder disfrutar de una carnita, hay 2 albercas y en esa área también hay asadores y mesas para convivir en familia Yo fui con mis hijos y me quedé en una habitación con 4 camas , todo muy limpio , rústico, sencillo pero con un ambiente agradable, todos sus jardines están para disfrutar de unas buenas fotos , se alcanzan a ver los cerros a su alrededor, un lugar muy tranquilo
