We stay twice each year on our travels back and forth from the States to Mexico. This is probably one of my favorite hotels. Always very clean and a great staff with many great restaurants within walking distance.

Used the hotel to stay on my way from Calakmul to Campeche. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the property, being new, is spotless. Great for families and business travelers (if you have any business going on in the area)

The service was ok, they gave us the wrong remotes and there was only one towel - once we asked to fix they did. There were several cockroaches in the room.

This was just an overnight road stop over for us en route to Palenque. The hotel was very clean and right off the highway. The little swimming pool provided a cooling dip after a long hot day. I even used their little weight room. No integration at all with staff. Don't stop at the tourist bus stop for breakfast.

We hadn’t planned on staying overnight in Escárcega but it was getting dark and we didn’t want to drive at night with all the potholes. The staff is very friendly, they have coffee in the lobby, and there is a snack machine in the hallway...convenient for tired travelers. If you are a light sleeper, keep in mind that the lights from the gas station next door make the room so bright that it feels like daylight all night, and you can hear trucker traffic all night. The beds are on the firmer side.

The hotel is not pretty from the outside, but inside it's new and clean, even if not stylish and definitely not very "Mexican". The down side is the neighborhood. I didn't like Escarcega at all: a lot of traffic, trucks and dust. On the other hand, after visiting Calakmul, it was an OK stop before proceeding to Campeche. Overall, if you really need to stop in Escarcega, this hotel is a good option to rest. Note: the breakfast was included in our booking, and it was served in a restaurant nearby that we didn't like at all. We even found dead insects in the sugar. However, there is a tasty tacos street food place across the street.
