Clean hotel

lo unico que no me gusto fue que no habia suficientes enchufes de electricidad en los cuartos.

I love to stay in this hotel. They have a beutiful roof with bar service. Is close to a great restaurant called Conato. I visit Valladolid, I will go back to this hotel, it was quite at night and everything was close, two blocks away from downtown.

Great new hotel very clean n staff very attentive Walking distance to town n many other attractions We will definitely recommend this hotel n will stay there again if we around the area

The property has a lot of space inside. Among the nearby buildings, this one surely stands out.

I loved the location of this hotel--central to the square. It is a clean stay for the cost for sure. Not a lot of bells and whistles, but I would return.

Amazing property, looks beautiful, clean, brand new, and close to town center

New and very clean at a reasonable price. However, lacked a level of comfort and basic amenities. Beds were below average for comfort and water pressure in room was set very low making showers and shaving take much longer than it should have taken. Also, no coffee was in included in the room or lobby.

Clean, modern new hotel just 4 minute walk from the main Centro square. There is a rooftop bar on location that is independently operated. Comfortable and quiet place to stay.

This was such a beautiful oasis. The rooms were very comfortable. The pool and bar are were great to relax at after a busy day

The hotel was conveniently located, clean and had easy off street parking. Unfortunately, there were no outlets near bed and no bedside lights, only overhead bright lights.

Nice new hotel. WiFi was not adequate at times.

It was an economical hotel that is well kept. Our main complaint is the noise from the bar. One night we were there the music played very loud until very late, which disrupted our sleep. There was no chair in our room. It’s nice to have an alternative place to sit instead of the bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a convenient location, a few blocks from centro. They offer water to refill water. We were there only two nights and the sign to ask for maid service is tacked to the outside of the door, which is unusual, so we missed it and our room wasn’t cleaned. The front desk staff should mention this to guests.

Un lugar acogedor, nuevo, limpio, excelente atención y con un atención muy humana. Ricas las bebidas del bar. Céntrico para caminar e ir a restaurantes.

Es bonita, hay lo necesario, se duerme a gusto, son amables

Es un Hotel nuevo, sólo tiene seis meses, está muy bien situado a dos cuadras del centro, cerca de el cenote, Zaci, el personal es amable, las camas cómodas, todo muy limpio, el baño es más amplio, que en otras ocasiones, es una pequeña joya en Valladolid. Y tiene una hermosa Alberca.

Un hotel con buena ubicación, cómodo y limpio. “El personal fue sumamente amable y la zona de la alberca es muy agradable y bien cuidada
