The location was perfect. Very close to the Centro

WlWe have 3 suitcases and we had to go up 2 floors, nobody helped that’s is not nice

Easy walk to town. We stayed in rooms 9 and 10 which had private terraces.

Really disappointed. No parking,No help to get in the room. Second floor to carried our bags. No coffee maker. Not enough body wash

Muy buena atención y servico. El único detalle fue que en la habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido de la recepción ya que era la habitación 1 y está en la entrada, de ahí en fuera todo bien, muy limpio el espacio.

The air conditioning does not work but everything else is very good. The room is very nice and very clean.

This was not my favorite hotel and I most likely won't return. On the first night (in the first room), the air conditioner didn't work and it was pretty hot, so I was unable to sleep well. The wifi worked sometimes, the t.v. is fine if you don't want to watch any local channels or cable and just want to watch netflix, youtube and streaming channels which again, work as well as the internet does. When I watched it, the tv had to buffer every few minutes since it was internet based. One of the front desk workers was friendlier and more helpful than the other (the one during the day was more helpful). The other one didn't smile or care when the air conditioner didn't work. She said to just leave it running and it would cool eventually which it didn't because no air came out of it at all. One morning there was no hot water and the bathroom door wouldn't close right. I was able move rooms after the first night to a room that had air conditioning, but I think you can find a better hotel with better service than this one. Even the next day after they were able to change my room they told me they didn't have enough clean bed sheets since they were booked up and would I mind if they just transferred my dirty bedsheets from the night before to my new room. I told them that was fine, but how strange. I just feel like this hotel is very short on quality and service. Very skimpy. I will say the location is pretty good and only a short walk to most places.

Loved the property, beautiful place, close to shopping and restaurants. However lack of overnight staff. Loud music and fights throughout the night and no staff to report it to. Felt very unsafe would not go back.

The website shows a window in a room however, the room I ended up did not have a window.

This property is close to many attractions.

The rooms and the beds were very comfortable & very, very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not speak Spanish but we communicated through translation apps. There was no hot water one day until gas got delivered. The location was excellent.
