Affordable hotel within 5-15min walking distance of everything: museum, stadium/event venues, market, restaurant and street food vendors, etc. And within a short walking distance od the historic part of town. Staff is friendly and helpful, although not all bilingual. Rooms don't include coffee but breakfast is included.

CASI DOS HORAS ESPERANDO NUESTRO CUARTO (más de 10 personas en el lobby) y el personal muy muy grosero. Al día siguiente rápido nos querían sacar a las 12 pm cuando en el contrato que uno firma dice que a la 1 pm es el check out. Esta súper ruidoso, nos toco la habitación 203 que da al blvr y no se puede dormir. El baño tenía pelos y estaba tapado. Horrible! jamás regresaría. Evítense la pena, hay más baratos y con mucha mejor calidad.

False advertising,want a portion of monies or all back,,do not give false info on hotels ,take my cash and stick with a room where bathroom has no hot water ,sink faucet is broke and when I called AARP or t tied to email you couldn’t even answer , filing fraud against the false ad for this hotel

It said up to 4 people could stay in the room but because I didn’t say it was 3 people and instead I said 2, they charge me 250 pesos. It was cheap but still that’s taking advantage.charging more when clearly it says 4 people could stay in the room.

Hotel is close to the zona piel and plaza del zapato. Breakfast is included. Rooms are really clean and comfortable the staff is all very friendly and polite. Only complaint would be the shower very low water pressure.

This hotel is older and was probably amazing in its hay day. Although it is older, the staff keeps it very clean. Everything is very basic, including the breakfast in the morning, however, for the price paid, I cannot complain. There are a few common areas to sit and chat, there is also a rooftop bar. Can't beat that. The location is great, walking distance to the poliforum, tacos and shoppping!
